Roman Reigns has been incredibly dominant in WWE as the Undisputed Universal Champion. The Head Of The Table continues to rule over Friday Night Smackdown with an iron fist. Roman Reigns’ next opponent will not be an obvious choice either.

The Tribal Chief has beaten the likes of Rey Mysterio, Bryan Danielson, Edge, Cesaro, Kevin Owens and many others. However, fans have gotten tired of Roman Reigns being the champion.

Kevin Owens already teased being his next opponent as well. According to Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, neither Owens nor Seth Rollins is scheduled to face Roman Reigns in his next title match.

Reigns is not on Extreme Rules on 10/8 in Philadelphia, and his next major match is on the Saudi Arabia show. I was told it’s not Seth Rollins or Kevin Owens, even though both have teased it and based on build one would expect those two matches at some point.”

Roman Reigns is also not expected to wrestle at Extreme Rules, so we’ll have to see whether Karrion Kross or Braun Strowman end up becoming his opponent.
