John Cena was WWE’s biggest draw before he decided to follow in The Rock and Batista’s footsteps all the way to Hollywood. Cena found great success in the film industry as well. The Cenation leader may have found his next flick.

According to Deadline, Cena is in talks to star in an R-rated comedy movie, “Ricky Stanicky,” alongside Zac Efron. The project is a brainchild of Peter Farrelly who is planning for the shooting to start in January 2023.

“Ricky Stanicky is a fictional character used by a group of married friends to blame their misbehavior when making excuses to their wives. When the wives become suspicious of never meeting this person, the husbands then find someone to play the fictional character.”

Cena will play the lead character if he agrees to the script. The multi-time WWE Champion is currently filming the second season of HBO’s “Peacemaker.” The Cenation leader is growing out his facial hair as well.
