Emily Ratajkowski & Sebastian Bear-McClard called it quits after a 4 year-long run. Rumors of their split started circulating after several reports of Sebastian being unfaithful came to light. Emily Ratajkowski finally filed for her divorce from Sebastian Bear-McClard.

After discovering that her former husband had reportedly cheated on her, Emily Ratajkowski filed for divorce. According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the Inamorata designer recently filed in Manhattan Supreme Court. She said that it was challenged, indicating that there are legal difficulties that need to be resolved.

A representative for the movie producer and Ratajkowski’s lawyer did not immediately respond to Page Six‘s request for comment. The pair announced their separation in July after four years of marriage. Ratajkowski prompted split rumors the day when she was seen out walking the now-separated couple’s 1-year-old son Sylvester without her wedding ring on.

When Ratajkowski declared in a TikTok video that she was a “recently single person” who was “thinking about dating and stuff” in September, it was eventually verified that she and Bear-McClard had broken up. Just two weeks after being seen together for the first time on Valentine’s Day, the “My Body” author and the “Uncut Gems” producer secretly married in a courtroom in New York City in February 2018.
