Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is arguably the most successful celebrity walking the face of the Earth. The Great One transcended the WWE in popularity a long time ago. He’s the new co-owner of XFL as well. Tonight, he kicked off the new NFL season.

The multi-time WWE Champion was at the SoFI Stadium in California to kick off the new NFL season, which commenced with a game between the Los Angeles Rams and the Buffalo Bills.

The “Black Adam” star introduced the Rams and had his WWE theme song accompanying him as he walked onto the field. It was an electric atmosphere inside the stadium as The Rock hyped the crowd in his signature WWE pose.

The Rock is expected to return to the SoFi Stadium next year for his rumored WrestleMania 39 match against Roman Reigns. WWE has been teasing a match between the two for quite some time.
