Armie Hammer is currently facing several charges, including violent rape. The infamous actor is still being investigated for his horrible deeds. His aunt has now spoken out about the assault allegations leveled against Armie.

According to Daily Beast, Casey Hammer, Armie Hammer’s aunt, is coming out regarding the actor’s denial of abuse allegations. She stated that considering her family’s history, she is not surprised. Casey told the outlet that she “wasn’t shocked when the allegations came forward” in an interview published Wednesday ahead of the House of Hammer docuseries’ premiere on Discovery+ on Friday.

Based on my experiences in my family, I suffered from abuse. It was just a way of life. You don’t wake up one day and become a monster — it’s learned behavior.

Once [the allegations] started unfolding, I was like, here we go, another Hammer man and something that’s being said about them.

Casey, who features in the docuseries, also told the outlet about media coverage.

The focus seemed to be about Armie being ‘a cannibal’ or what was going to happen to his career or ‘cancel culture,’ but it’s like, wait a minute — let’s shift the light onto the victims. … What about the people that are scarred for life because of all that happened?

As shocking as what he’s doing right now, there’s a generational pattern that’s been in play for a very long time and that no one took notice of.

It just didn’t start there — it goes way back.

Casey is reportedly alienated from most of her family and works as a kitchen designer at a Home Depot in San Diego. In her self-published 2015 book Surviving My Birthright, she claimed her father Julian sexually molested her as a child.

As previously reported, after messages from Hammer detailing violent sexual fantasies were leaked online, he became entangled in controversies. He was later accused of rape, which the actor of Call Me by Your Name has denied. Andrew Brettler, Hammer’s lawyer, claimed in a statement that all interactions were consensual.

All interactions between Mr. Hammer and his former partners were consensual. They were fully discussed, agreed upon in advance with his partners and mutually participatory. The stories perpetuated on social media were designed to be salacious in an effort to harm Mr. Hammer, but that does not make them true.

House of Hammer is streaming Friday on discovery+. Let’s see how this case progresses. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Thirsty.
