AnEsonGib and Austin McBroom visited the TMZ office on Monday. However, things later got serious when the two almost got into a violent argument ahead of their boxing match.
Prior to the Social Gloves event at Banc of California Stadium on September 10th, Austin and Gib visited TMZ headquarters for a sit-down interview. While things initially started out amicably, the atmosphere quickly shifted as both sides exchanged smack talk. Gib reacted in a humorous way to McBroom’s initial comment that he appeared too little to last in the ring, adding, “You got t***ies!!!”
McBroom, who defeated TikTok star Bryce Hall last year, predicted that their fight will end before the third round, and Gibs has vowed to “shower Austin in suffering.”
“He’s going to be in pain from the moment the bell rings, because he’s never faced an opponent like me.”
The two engaged in verbal sparring like that for about 30 minutes, and when it was time to exit the studio, they came dangerously close to a physical altercation. The chatter continued as they left the studio with Gib poking fun at Austin’s face, which annoyed him.
The boxers were about to get in each other’s faces when fortunately Austin’s staff entered and removed him. However, in 11 days, McBroom and Gib will finally get into a proper fight and get paid for it. Stay tuned to Thirsty for more updates.
