The world is still mourning the loss of Ray Liotta from his unexpected death in the spring. His contributions to films like Goodfellas made him a legend in the entertainment world. But his fiancée, Jacy Nittolo, is missing him more than anyone and wanted to make a tribute to him.

This past weekend, Nittolo, went to the famed West Hollywood tattoo parlor Shamrock Social Club to get a tattoo in tribute to Liotta. Renowned tattoo-artist Mark Mahoney, also the founder and owner of the tattoo parlor, did the design.

Nittolo’s son, 21-year-old actor Chazz Nittolo, documented the process for his mother. Jacy shared a series of snaps on her Instagram on Saturday.

“Yesterday marked 3 months. It only seemed appropriate to do something meaningful that will forever be with me,” she captioned the slideshow.

“What an honor to have Mark Mahoneys gift do the work,” she added, also thanking actor pal Barbara Patrick for “a beautiful day” and Chazz for “capturing it.”

For now, Nittolo has chosen to keep the finished inked image under wraps, with the pics on her ‘gram only offering a fuzzy glimpse of what appears to be a realistically rendered feather on her forearm. Hopefully, we’ll see the tattoo, and it will be an emotional experience.
