Mike Perry is a mixed martial artist who signed a multi-fight deal with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC). Fans admire his willingness to challenge anyone he wants to fight, and now Jake Paul can come get some if he wants it.

Mike Perry has a proposition for Jake Paul that he needs to fight and prove he’s a “real boxer.” Perry is looking to duke it out with the 25-year-old “Problem Child” after winning the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) against Bellator star Michael “Venom” Page.

Perry revealed this to Babcock on Wednesday, when he appeared on the “TMZ Sports” television show, which airs weeknights on FS1. Mike Perry sarcastically addressed Jake Paul on the show. Perry then posed an open challenge to the YouTuber turned boxer.

“Jake Paul, I know you hear me, I know you see me.”

“If you want to be solidified as a real athlete, as a real fighter, and not someone who just fights tomato cans and basketball players — you want to be a real boxer, then ‘Platinum’ Perry is the opponent for you, buddy.”

Mike then added that he’s not wanting to start a verbal brawl since he’s happy with his life right now. Perry clarified that he is not tripping on Paul, but Jake Paul is free to flee from him if he so desires.

“We can add the animosity, but I’m in a good place in life and I’m not tripping on you bro, you can run from me if you want. That’s cool. I’m not gonna chase you, but I’m right here when you’re ready.”

“I’m not gonna chase it too hard, man. I know he heard me. Everybody knows he heard me. If he wants to ignore it, that’s on him.”

“I can move on to other things. I got other options. This is my business, the sport of fighting is an open world to me. So, whatever they wanna do, I’m down like a clown with a frown, bro.”

At the end of the day, Perry said that he’s fine if the bout with Jake, who has openly stated a fight is coming in October, does not take place. However, Perry’s divisive statement may spark a battle. Stay tuned to Thirsty for more information.
