Jenna Jameson is an adult entertainment actress and former pornstar. This year, she was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome. The former actress was diagnosed when her legs became so weak that they could no longer support her weight and she finally lost her ability to walk. Jenna Jameson recently stated that she has COVID-19.

Jenna Jameson was diagnosed with COVID-19 amid her mysterious illness. “Well, I officially have the coronavirus [sic],” the former Playboy model captioned a throwback Instagram selfie Thursday. “Just focusing on healing,” she continued.

Jameson uploaded a photo of her feet on Instagram Stories to ensure “everyone kindly wondering about” her that she is doing “OK.” Since being unable to walk in January, the former porn star has been documenting her health journey. While Jameson was first diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome, the disorder was later ruled out.

The following month, the “Love Service” author was discharged from the hospital, informing her Instagram followers that she hoped to be “out of a wheelchair soon and walking” on her own. “I still have more testing to do, but it seems there’s something off with my femoral nerve, and it’s affecting my strength in my legs,” she wrote in February.

Jameson was “making strides” with the assistance of a walker by April. She confirmed that she wasn’t paralyzed at the time by video of herself moving her legs. “I just cannot bear weight, so yeah, we’re still looking for a cause behind everything that’s happening, but as soon as I find out, you’ll be the first to know,” she captioned a “propped up” photo of herself at the time. “Well, maybe not the first, but, you know, the second or third.”

Jenna also spoke about her sleeping problems, saying she had “stabbing pains” in bed. In July, Jameson, the mother of twins Journey and Jesse, 13, and daughter Batel, who is 4, was able to walk without help for the first time. “I mean, I’m not walking perfectly but at least I’m up on my feet,” she wrote via Instagram last month. “How cool is that? Feeling a lot better.”

Let’s hope she recovers quickly. In the meantime, it seems that she will keep fighting. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Thirsty.
