Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson certainly needs no introduction when it comes to the pro wrestling world, as he is still regarded as one of the all-time greats. He is now one of the highest-paid actors in Hollywood. Being such a huge name with a massive fan following, there are many who want him to become the President of the United States.

Last year, it was revealed in a survey that 46% of voters would push the button to vote for Dwayne Johnson to become POTUS. The Rock even said that it would be an honor to be the President.

A former pro wrestler and current actor becoming the President is certainly not a farfetched concept if we consider the recent trend of U.S. Presidents. There are still many who want him to be President as well.

While speaking to Bill Apter, WWE Hall Of Famer Mark Henry stated that he believes The Rock will do away with the entertainment side of him and become a man of the people if he runs for President.

“I think that he’s smart enough to realize, just like when Ronald Regan became president. And the Bible always says – when you’re a child, you do childish things, when you’re an adult, put away your childish things. I think Dwayne [Johnson] will put away the childish things, he’ll put away the entertainment and become a man of the people.”

The Rock was also considered a serious presidential contender by a former White House Chief Of Staff. However, the likes of Stephen Colbert don’t want The Rock to run for President. We will have to wait and see whether The Rock ends up running for President or not.
