Dave Bautista is one of the busiest actors out there. The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion is getting better as a thespian with each high-profile project. Now, he is getting ready to return to one of his bigger roles.

Batista took to Instagram to announce that he is set to begin production on Denis Villeneuve’s “Dune: Chapter Two,” the sequel to the 2021 Oscar-winning blockbuster. He showed photos of his freshly shaven face, as well as a video of the shaving.

“If ‘the spice must flow’ then the beard must go,”

Bautista will reprise his role as Glossu “Beast” Rabban Harkonen, nephew of the villainous Baron Harkonen. Principal photography on the film began in Budapest, Hungary back in July.

The Animal is expected to wrap up his time in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the third installment of the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise as Drax The Destroyer in the hit franchise, and he was also recently spotted filming content for the Guardians of the Galaxy ride at Disney’s EPCOT theme park.

It’s expected for Bautista to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame during the weekend of WrestleMania 39 in 2023. Thirsty will monitor the situation should it be confirmed.
