Real Housewives of Atlanta Star NeNe Leakes filed a discrimination lawsuit against Bravo in April. The actress accused the network and other related parties of violating federal employment and anti-discrimination laws.

According to People, the actress has dismissed the lawsuit. It should be noted that the joint stipulation dismissal allows Leakes to pursue the lawsuit again if she so chooses. Court documents reveal that the actress “dismisses this action and all claims asserted by Leakes without prejudice.”

The joint stipulation dismissal comes after the star alleged that Bravo, NBC Universal, and the True production teams foster a workplace culture filled with “racially-insensitive and inappropriate behavior.” Leakes also accused her former co-star Kim Zolciak-Biermann of making racist comments for years and being punished after informing the network.

Leakes was featured in many episodes of Real Housewives of Atlanta since 2008. She officially left the series after its 12th season in 2020.
