Josh Peck made a name for himself in his role as Josh in the hit Nickelodeon show Drake & Josh. It made Josh Peck a huge part of pop culture, and fans still remember him because of it. Peck also sent a lot of support to Jennette McCurdy recently, because her autobiography was met with some detractors.

Jennette McCurdy had her breakthrough playing Sam Puckett alongside Cosgrove in the Nickelodeon sitcom iCarly. The role won her four Kids’ Choice Awards, among other accolades. She reprised the character in its spin-off series Sam & Cat with Ariana Grande, but that series was a train wreck.

In February 2021, McCurdy revealed that she did not see herself returning to acting, stating that she has been “ashamed” of the roles she had played in the past. Certain things from her acting experience caused her to give it up altogether. She also did not return for the iCarly reboot series.

While speaking to Page Six, Josh Peck sent a lot of support to Jennette McCurdy for writing her memoir I’m Glad My Mom Died. He added that it was very brave of her as well.

“I think she is incredibly brave to tell her story and to be as honest as she is. I think one of her great talents is her wit and how thoughtful she is and as soon as I was able to pick up the book I did because I really wanted to see the way she told her story.”

The book has received glowing reviews so far, and many have given support to McCurdy for all the trauma she had to endure over the years. She was also offered $300K by Nickelodeon in hush money. We hope McCurdy remains happy with her life right now as well.
