However, this time he revealed a piece of sad news based on his own life. The father he idolized, the very same one who inspired him to make radio his career, Ben Stern, has passed away.

The King of All Media did not reveal how his father passed, or exactly when. He did say it was recent, and we can only imagine his grief.

Stern revealed that his father, Ben Stern, recently passed away at the age of 99. The broadcaster was in an interview with Hampton’s local outlet, Dan’s Papers. He shared the sad news during the interview, though didn’t give away any details regarding the circumstances.
