Donald Trump made headlines once again when he posted on Truth Social that the FBI was raiding his home. He made a lot of accusations about what was going down, and he even mentioned how they looked in his safe. He didn’t mention what they were looking for.

The Washington Post reports that the FBI was after “classified documents related to nuclear weapons.” They were after other items, but the nuclear documents part on their list is quite alarming.

FBI agents were at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, this week, but it’s unclear what they found. Additional details about what agents were seeking were not revealed by the outlet.

Attorney General Merrick Garland said he “personally approved” the decision to get a warrant for the search of Trump’s Florida home.

“The department does not take such a decision lightly. Where possible, it is standard practice to seek less intrusive means as an alternative to a search and to narrowly scope any search that is undertaken.”

It’s unclear exactly which nuclear documents they were looking for. Apparently, Trump took a few things he wasn’t supposed to. Only time will tell if we ever figure out what he was planning on doing with that nuclear documentation.
