Olivia Wilde vs Jason Sudekis has to be one of the biggest custody feuds playing out in the public. It’s been going on for some time now. Now, we may have a victor in the fight for custody of their children for the moment.

Wilde won big in her custody war against Jason Sudeikis after claiming he intentionally humiliated her by siccing a process server on her in the middle of a public appearance at CinemaCon in Vegas back in April, when someone interrupted her speech and handed her a manila envelope.

That envelope contained legal documents courtesy of Jason, asking a judge to hear their custody case in New York. She then filed her own legal documents in L.A., calling out the crap on Jason because the children live in California and not New York.

The documents were obtained by the Daily Mail, and Olivia’s team called Jason’s move to serve her an “outrageous legal tactic.” She said, “His actions were clearly intended to threaten me and catch me off guard. He could have served me discreetly, but instead, he chose to serve me in the most aggressive manner possible.” She went on to state that Jason’s actions were intentional.

“The fact that Jason would embarrass me professionally and put our personal conflict on public display in this manner is extremely contrary to our children’s best interests.”

TMZ’s source close to Jason is maintaining his innocence, and it is claimed that he had no idea she would be served in such a public space.

Olivia wants to move to London at the end of the year, mainly because her boyfriend, superstar Harry Styles, lives there. From the way the custody war is looking currently, this war will not end anytime soon.
