Yung Miami caught the attention of her fans after she said that she’s having a ‘mental breakdown.’ While fans have been trying to figure out what the reason for her breakdown might be, the most obvious association was Diddy. Yung Miami decided to clear the air once and for all.

The City Girls rapper wiped the slate clean on Instagram, explaining that whatever she was going through had nothing to do with Diddy. During an Instagram Live session, she criticized her fans and followers for crafting their own narratives and spreading them around without any concern.

Miami said that the breakdown was due to a work-life stressor that’s personal to her. She then asked if the fans thought she would really tweet about having a mental breakdown over “a man,” signalling that it indeed was not the case.

People really make up stories. Y’all make up so much shit… This shit I read about me online, yo I had a mental breakdown because of something I was going through in my personal work-life… It had nothing to do with a man. Y’all really think I had a mental breakdown about a man and gonna get on the internet and tweet?

Yung Miami’s tweets came last month, when she simply posted that she was having a mental breakdown. She further stated that she had had no sleep in days. While Diddy and Yung Miami have a problematic relationship, and it’s one that makes a lot of headlines.
