Ezra Miller’s legal issues of 2022 continue to be an annoyance for a lot of people. This time, booze is involved, adding another element to an already complicated story.

The Justice League star now has been accused of burglarizing a home in Vermont, and police say the situation had to do with stolen bottles of alcohol. TMZ reports that according to the Vermont State Police, someone lodged a burglary complaint regarding a home in Stamford during the first week of May.

Police investigated the matter and several bottles of alcohol were reported missing from the place while the homeowners were out. And after reviewing surveillance videos and statements, Ezra is now charged with felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling.

Ezra was found on Sunday night. They are now ordered to appear at Vermont Superior Court Bennington’s Criminal Division for their arraignment towards the end of September.

Ezra’s been in a ton of legal trouble in the past year alone, There is bodycam footage from an incident in March on the Big Island that appeared to show Ezra getting aggressive with cops while being arrested. At this point, wouldn’t be a shocker if Miller gets cut from the upcoming Flash film.
