Beyonce’s latest album ‘Renaissance’ has the music world buzzing. It’s also landed the singer in some hot water. B had to change one of her lyrics after being accused of using ableist language. Now, a fellow star has accused her of theft.

Kelis made a huge splash with her 2003 single ‘Milkshake.’ Beyonce had sampled the track on her song ‘Energy.’ Kelis accused Beyonce of stealing, and now the track has been changed.

According to Page Six, Beyonce quietly removed the sample on all streaming services. Kelis’ name has also been removed from the credits list. Kelis has yet to acknowledge the change.

Kelis accused the music industry of having no soul after Beyonce sampled the track. She said she felt disrespected. Kelis didn’t even know the song was a part of Beyonce’s album until she heard it herself.

A fan said that the collaboration was just what the world needs in an Instagram comment. Kelis said that it was theft, not a collaboration. This is already the second controversy regarding Beyonce’s new record.

After using the word “spazzing” in the song ‘Heated,’ Beyonce was forced to make a change. Now, she’s had to remove another key component of a different track. It seems like everyone is targeting her as she once again proves her dominance over the music world.
