Jake Paul was scheduled to fight Tommy Fury on Saturday night at Madison Square Garden. That fell apart after Fury revealed some immigration issues. A new opponent, Hasim Rahman Jr., was named, but that was also scrapped after issues with Rahman’s weight and low interest in the fight. Now, another potential challenger has emerged.

Bola Osundairo is most famous as one of the men who collaborated with Jussie Smollett during his hate crime hoax. Bola happens to be a boxer, as well. He wants Jake Paul to consider fighting him since his previous two opponents backed out.

Speaking with TMZ Sports, Bola Osundairo pleaded with Jake Paul to not cancel the fight. Despite that already having happened, he is hoping to get Paul’s attention. It is unlikely that the two will fight on Saturday, but Bola is trying.

“Do not cancel that fight Jake Paul. Fight me instead. I am ready to fight this Saturday. I’m ready to fight. I’m better than Hasim Rahman Jr., or Tommy Fury. I’m actually ranked higher than Tommy Fury and he has 8 pro fights, and I have 2 pro fights. He’s ranked 340, I’m ranked 193.”

Bola Osundairo is 2-0 as a professional boxer. He believes he is better than both Fury and Rahman in the ring. With ticket sales low and pay-per-view interest nearly non-existent, it is unlikely that Jake Paul’s team will reschedule with a new fighter. If they do, it could lose a ton of money.

Time will tell if Jake Paul will even bother answering Bola’s challenge. For the moment, he is probably considering joining his brother Logan Paul in WWE, where he recently had a very successful match. It will be very interesting to see what happens with Jake’s boxing career from this point forward.
