Kodak Black was arrested for drug trafficking recently. The Florida rapper told his fans not to be quick to judge him. Kodak believes he was racially profiled by the police who stopped him.

The YouTube channel ‘Thin Blue Line’ recently posted footage of Kodak Black’s arrest. In the video, his Dodge Durango is stopped for having expired tags and illegal window tint. As Kodak explains to the officers that he just returned from a performance in Detroit, he is asked about the smell of marijuana in the vehicle.

Kodak explained that someone gave him some weed. He also said he no longer smokes. The admission was enough to give cops probable cause to search the SUV.

“This dude just gave me some weed. I don’t even smoke weed. I don’t got no weed in my system, but he just gave me a few buds at the gas station. I don’t even smoke no more. He gave me a few buds, but I don’t even smoke weed. I swear to God.”
