Jennifer Garner rose to prominence for her portrayal of CIA officer Sydney Bristow in the ABC spy-action thriller television series Alias. She is also well known for her stunning looks. Garner recently gave her beauty tips, which included a strong warning against injections.
Garner’s beauty secrets are less complicated than you would imagine. “Be cautious when it comes to injecting anything into your face,” she warned others. The 50-year-old revealed it in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar on July 27. “Be very, very incredibly judicious and wait as absolutely long as possible to add anything.”
“Don’t think that you’re 37 and you need to be shooting up your face,” she further added. As for Jennifer’s advice on how to break the tendency of stressing “over changes” or attempting to “fix something on your face,” she suggested focusing your energy elsewhere.
“Look in the mirror less, obsess less, and look at the rest of the world to see what you could be using your time for instead. We all look at our faces more than people used to, and it doesn’t do you any good.”
Jennifer has a wonderful hair regimen despite not spending much time in front of the mirror. “My day usually starts with a really hard workout,” she explained. “Then, it gets all gross, so I have to wash it… I always do a mask over the weekend to treat my hair.” She completes the look with a towel dry, styling cream, and anti-frizz spray.
So it’s safe to conclude that Jennifer’s routine does not include frizzy hair or unnecessary injections. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Thirsty.
