Conor McGregor remains one of the most well known MMA fighters in the history of combat sports and his accolades over the years speak for themselves. The Notorious is also known to trash talk often, with varied results. Many have wondered if McGregor’s natural charisma would be a good fit for WWE.

Conor McGregor took a shot at WWE, explaining that he didn’t come to WrestleMania 38 because WWE Superstars feared him. Before that, he also took multiple shots at WWE over the years.

While speaking to Kevin Kellam, Bobby Lashley talked about Conor McGregor making his way to WWE. Lashley stated that he thinks Conor McGregor will have a hard time getting in the ring with him.

“You take somebody like a Conor McGregor. Sure, he’s got a lot of popularity and has got a fanbase, but he’s a little guy. He can’t get in the ring with me, he can’t get in the ring with Roman [Reigns], he can’t get in the ring with Brock [Lesnar] and have it make sense.

At this point in time, it is not known if Conor McGregor will ever make it to WWE, but nothing is certain in the pro wrestling world. WWE certainly has a lot of money, something that McGregor rarely refuses after all.
