According to TMZ, the singer was granted a temporary restraining order in Los Angeles County, where she claims she’s been harassed by a man named Eric Everardo. She claimed that the man visited her home on at least 2 occasions and alleged that he stole her car as well.

As revealed by court documentation, Lana claimed that Everardo first visited her residence without permission in February of this year, claiming that he stole one of her cars, a jaguar, and was eventually criminally charged for that.

She further claimed that Everardo came back to her home earlier this month and left a bag at her gate with a disturbing letter inside, making it clear he wants to see her again. She claimed that he also texted her sister a couple of times between February and July, not knowing how he got her number in the first place.

The singer also fears for her safety and the safety of her family members. A judge signed off on the restraining order. The man has to stay at least 100 yards away from Lana and her sister and brother. We’ll keep you updated on this ongoing story.
