Joe Rogan seems to be followed by controversy wherever he goes. Usually, he doesn’t have to go much farther than his studio. Despite constantly admitting that he is not an expert on various topics, he continues to cover them since he considers his ‘Joe Rogan Experience’ podcast an entertainment show.

The public tried to cancel Joe Rogan over his response to the COVID pandemic. That didn’t work, despite thousands of people receiving poor information from his unvetted guests. Rogan argues that he just wants to share every side of a story.

In a recent show with comedian Tom Segura, the two started discussing Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Rogan quickly said that Canada is a communist country. Seconds later, he admitted that he has no idea what kind of system of government our neighbors to the north even have.

“Canada is communist. They’re f*cked. They gotta get rid of that guy.

I don’t know how their system works up there. I have zero understanding of their system. I never looked into it at all.”

Rogan was upset that Canada requires proof of vaccination to enter the country. He did not even realize that the same applies to Canadians coming to the US. Taken as some stoners sitting around doing comedy, Joe’s show can be funny.

Unfortunately, many people consider him a very smart person. Joe will be the first to admit that he is not, but he is the de-facto source of info for many of his listeners. For fans of the JRE podcast, it’s important to remember, that you’re watching a comedian, not the news.
