Chris Brown has been one of the most controversial acts in music for many years. Despite a less-than-stellar public image, Brown’s fans are among the most dedicated in the world. They are willing to shell out huge money to be around their favorite R&B star.

Social media was filled with photos of Chris Brown meeting up with some of his fans yesterday. The opportunity to meet Breezy came at a very steep price. Fans paid $1,000 per person to get some face time and a photo opportunity.

To most people, that is an insane amount of money for a picture. Chris Brown fans didn’t care. They flocked to meet Brown at the event.

Many users on social media criticized those who paid big bucks to meet their favorite singer. Yung Bleu took to Twitter to defend the price of admission. He said those fans will have a memory that will last a lifetime.

“1000$ for a life long memory/moment ain’t bad . Y’all ain’t gone have no memories when y’all get old only thing y’all gone remember is paying bills.”

While Yung Bleu had no problem defending Chris Brown’s meet-and-greet price, many fans on Twitter thought it was insane. You can see some of the best reactions below. Whether you like him or not, Chris is still able to draw a crowd that is willing to shell out huge dough to meet him.
