Joe Gorga Films Himself Evicting Tenant Who Didn’t Pay $50K Rent

Joe Gorga is one of the biggest names on The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” as fans are aware by now. He is also known to be a controversial figure in the show as well. He also filmed himself evicting a tenant who did not pay rent for years.

As previously reported, Joe Gorga had a shouting contest with a tenant in a rent dispute over an apartment complex that he owns. It was said that the tenant has not paid rent for a few years and owes nearly $50,000 in back rent.

As revealed by a video provided by TMZ, Joe Gorga filmed himself evicting the same tenant for not paying rent. He was present with a sheriff’s deputy armed with eviction papers. Gorga got a warrant to evict the man after filing court documentation.

As seen in the video, the tenant was shocked when Joe and the sheriff came to evict him. There was a woman there with him who started crying. Joe’s representative, Michael Martocci, stated that the tenant’s father begged him not to go through with the eviction, but Joe was firm in his stance.

Gorga’s representative said that he does not like throwing out tenants, and insists this situation is different because it happened for multiple years. Regardless, we hope Gorga doesn’t have to evict a tenant ever again.
