Alex Rodriguez Has ‘No Regrets’ About How Relationship With Jennifer Lopez Ended

Alex Rodriguez announced his split from Jennifer Lopez in 2021, after four years of partnership. The former baseball star is already in the dating game as he was spotted having a fun time with a mystery woman. After officially ending things with Jennifer Lopez more than a year ago, Alex Rodriguez is plainly at peace.

A-Rod revealed last week that he is now extremely pleased and has “no regrets” about anything that happened. Rodriguez recently sat down for an interview with Martha Stewart on her “The Martha Stewart Podcast.” The former MLB standout said “life is good” after J Lo and went on to explain everything to Stewart.

You know, Martha, thank goodness, no regrets. Life is good. I’m very fortunate. Look, we had a great time. But, more importantly, we always put the kids front and center in everything we do.

A-Rod and Lopez started dating in 2017; throughout the coming months, their relationship grew fairly serious. The pair blended their families and kids, and in 2019 they were engaged. They separated in 2021 after the pandemic derailed wedding plans, but Rodriguez made it clear that there is absolutely no animosity between them.

Rodriguez called Lopez “the most talented human being I’ve ever been around.” Since the Lopez split, Rodriguez has been connected to Kathryne Padgett. Naturally, the “On The Floor” singer has since found love once more, reigniting an old flame with Ben Affleck. Check out the video and post below.
