Meek Mill had a very interesting start in the music industry, he began his career as a battle rapper and was soon propelled to fame. The Philadelphia-born rapper has made an important career decision recently.

According to Billboard, the 35-year-old rapper has parted ways with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Management. He initially signed with the agency back in 2012. The present year marks the end of 10-year journey with the management company.

Mill has also been removed from the company’s website and their social media pages as well. In 2019, Meek Mill announced the official launch of Dream Chasers Records as a joint venture with Roc Nation.

Singing with Roc Nation has also led the rapper to put out several collaborations with Jay-Z. It seems we’ll be seeing the link-up less frequently now. Nonetheless, Meek Mill still has a long career ahead of him.
