Armie Hammer has been consistently shrouded in controversy since the last few years. The Social Network actor was accused of being a cannibal and even had abuse claims against himself. It appears that years of constant of ostracization pushed him to take up an alternative career.

The social media has been buzzing rumors about Armie Hammer working as a concierge at a hotel in the Cayman Islands. A flyer based on this has been widely circulating as well. The flyer comes from Morritt’s Resort.

Armie Hammer has been subject to so many rumors regarding this that his lawyer had to step in. While speaking with Variety, Hammer’s attorney Andrew Brettler confirmed that the flyer is completely bogus.

After they inquired into the matter at the hotel, they found out that the flyer was just a prank. Apparently, Hammer is friends with some of the people who work there, and they tried to prank him. It seems like it worked, as the rumors pretty picked up on social media.

The rumor was even shared by Desus & Mero segment producer Muna Mire after saying that one of their friends got the flyer while vacationing, the tweet was deleted. After a lot of negative attention, the prank might do good for the actors’ public image.
