Daniel Cormier was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame last week in Las Vegas. He’s most known for his legendary feud with Jon Jones and becoming a two-division champion. Although the festivities of his induction may be done, Cormier continued his celebration on social media with a special message to fans.

The former UFC Champion took to Twitter and posted a message thanking everyone for the support he received at the Hall of Fame. Cormier also expressed how proud he was of the work he put in throughout the years.

Absolutely legendary week in Las Vegas!!! I am so proud of the work I put in and appreciative of all the support and love I’ve received on the hall of fame. A legacy that will last forever. Thank you all I love you

Cormier announced his retirement following the conclusion of his trilogy of matches against Stipe Miocic. The two squared off for the UFC Heavyweight Championship in 2008 and went on to each earn a victory over another. Cormier would end up losing the rubber match.
