Howard Stern is fed up with the direction of the United States government. After the controversial Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, the shock jock said he is toying with the idea of running for President. Stern may not be completely serious, but he has chosen his ideal running mate.

Bradley Cooper has agreed to run as Howard Stern’s Vice Presidential candidate, according to The King of All Media. After becoming frustrated with the current state of the nation, Stern said he might have to run for the land’s highest office. Howard said Bradley Cooper has agreed to be his running mate.

On his SiriusXM radio show, Howard Stern touted the idea that Bradley Cooper could bring in the female vote. Co-host Robin Quivers joked that it would be hilarious to have an actor who once portrayed a computer-generated raccoon as Vice President. Cooper played Rocket in the Marvel hit “Guardians of the Galaxy.”

“This guy is gonna bring in the female vote like you wouldn’t believe… He said yes, so my search is over.”

While the idea sounds preposterous, stranger things have happened. Donald Trump was a failed businessman who hosted a game show on television. Ronald Reagan was a Hollywood actor long before getting into politics.

Fans will have to wait and see how long Howard Stern sticks to his idea. It is most likely nothing more than a running gag. If he does decide to run, Bradley Cooper will be at his side.
