King Von was like brother to Lil Durk, but he was murdered outside a Miami hookah bar in 2020. Lil Durk has proven his love and respect for King Von time and time again. Following the release of the deluxe edition of 7220, a video surfaced showing Lil Durk pushing a fan for allegedly disrespecting the late King Von.

On Sunday,June 26, Lil Durk performed at De Kuip Stadium in Rotterdam, Netherlands. During the show, things went left when the Chicago rapper put hands on a fan. In video captured from the show, Durk starts to turn up to King Von’s “Crazy Story,” when he abruptly tells the DJ to cut the sound. He then points out somebody in the crowd.

Lil Durk then walks to the front of the stage and has what appears to be a tense conversation with the young man he called out for several seconds. Durk punctuates the chat by shoving the man.  It’s not clear what was said during their brief interaction, but according to Akademiks, it was over some disrespectful comments directed at Durk’s close collaborator King Von.

According to XXL, Lil Durk’s arch nemesis 6ix9ine also chimed in on the incident. He commented on the video in the comments of an Instagram blog. Tekashi posted on social media, “Fan held his ground. Von rolling in the flames of hell,” In a follow-up post he wrote, “The fan saw right past the ‘ACT/persona’ .. he wasn’t scared. If it wasn’t for the security that boy was steppin by himself,”

6ix9ine and Durk have been trading shots for quite some time now, although their feud flared up earlier this year after the controversial Brooklyn rapper appeared to ambush Durk’s lookalike in a video. Meanwhile, you can check out Lil Durk’s clip from the concert below.
