Johnny Depp Spotted Cleanly Shaven For First Film In Over Two Years

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s trial took over the world for the past couple of months, and it is not hard to see why. It opened up a can of worms and exposed Amber Heard for the toxic person that she is. Depp might not be playing Captain Jack Sparrow again, but after winning a defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife and assault accuser Amber Heard, his film career is back on track.

According to information obtained by Radar Online, Depp recently finished dressing for his first movie part in more than two years. After his lengthy vacation, the 59-year-old actor was seen leaving for the airport in Paris and looked drastically different. Depp showed off his freshly-shaven skin rather than sporting his trademark goatee.

The former Pirates of the Caribbean actor, who was entirely bare-faced, couldn’t help but smile as he prepared for his upcoming film part. During his trip to Paris, Depp was fitted for a role for the first time since he defeated Heard after she accused him of sexual assault and domestic violence. In the much awaited picture by French director Maiwenn Le Besco, he will play King Louie XV.

When Depp arrived at the airport to board a private plane, his appearance may have been altered, but his sense of flair was still evident. The actor styled a fringed suede jacket with skinny black trousers, boots, a button-up flannel shirt, and a chic hat. Depp was flanked by security personnel and was holding his passport and briefcase in each hand. Even the airport employees were greeted by him.

After beginning his movie career again for the first time in more than two years, Depp seemed to be in a wonderful mood. Depp’s final film appearance was in the 2020 feature Minamata, while he continued to portray Johnny Puff on the TV miniseries Puffin Impossible. The actor testified in Heard’s defamation case that her charges cost him a number of movie roles and millions of dollars. Depp thought Heard’s “false” abuse claims had cost him a $22.5 million salary. Check out the pictures below.
