Drake is one of the most dominating artists in the world of hip-hop. The Canadian rapper has seen a lot of success after dropping his album Certified Lover Boy. It’s time for Drake to celebrate by popping some champagne, since he recently unloaded the main house on his YOLO estate.

According to information obtained by TMZ, the transaction was finalized when an unidentified buyer paid $12 million. It was however significantly less than the property’s $14.8 million asking price. In a posh area of Hidden Hills, Champagne Papi’s YOLO estate consists of three adjoining houses.

Before Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford spent $11 million buying the two smaller homes, Drake put the entire compound on the market back in March. It attracted attention from celebrities like Britney Spears and Caitlyn Jenner.

The primary residence, a 12,500 square foot English Tudor, recently sold and is the height of luxury. There are six fireplaces, a wine cellar and tasting area, a 25-seat theatre, and, of course, a recording studio, among other amenities. The backyard is a complete sanctuary, with a gigantic pool, a spa grotto, a swim-up bar, waterfalls, and an 80-foot-long rock waterslide.

All of these are encircled by big-screen TVs. Along with separate courts for tennis, basketball, and beach volleyball, Drake’s property also boasts a horse stable, an equestrian ring, and a mechanical riding bull. Check out some pictures below.
