As previously reported, Kevin Spacey has been charged with four counts of sexual assault and one count of “causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent. He recently appeared for a court hearing in London. The court has heard that Kevin Spacey vehemently denies allegations that he sexually assaulted three men.
Hordes of photographers surrounded the disgraced actor as he departed a silver Mercedes outside Westminster Magistrates’ Court. The 62-year-old actor was charged with four counts of sexual assault and one count of inducing a person to engage in penetrative sexual conduct without consent at Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London.
The alleged crimes took place in London and Gloucestershire between 2005 and 2013. He was accompanied by two police officers and representatives of his legal team. As he was hustled past a line of other court goers and through the entrance before passing security, he offered no comment.
The charges are against three males in their 30s and 40s. During the hearing, the actor did not enter a plea to the charges. The case was eventually postponed. Spacey was given unconditional release until his next court appearance on July 14 at Southwark Crown Court.
