Jeff Hardy was arrested for DUI once again, adding to a long list of similar instances. Sadly, Hardy doesn’t seem to have learned his lesson and he will see a judge once again.

Hardy was at a musical appearance at a Dave & Busters in Orlando just before his arrest. He had plenty of people around him who he could have asked for a ride, but that obviously didn’t happen.

According to records obtained by TMZ, Jeff Hardy is set to to see a judge on June 14th. We can only hope that he is able to stay out of jail, but this is a concerning situation.

The records show he’s due in court Tuesday for a hearing on the matter.

Jeff Hardy could see jail time this time around, something he avoided in the past. Hardy has made a lot of money in pro wrestling, but nobody wants to spend their hard-earned money on legal bills. It appears that Jeff Hardy is set to do just that.
