Ozzy Osbourne may be one of the most legendary rockers of all time, but nobody is immune to Father Time. The Black Sabbath frontman is scheduled to undergo surgery to remove and re-align pins in his neck and back. The spinal surgery is expected to be followed by a lengthy rehabilitation program.

A source described the procedure to Page Six. While it will take quite a while for the 73-year-old to recover, Ozzy Osbourne will be much better for it. A source close to the situation noted that Ozzy has been suffering intense pain due to his mangled spine.

“Ozzy is 73 and any kind of surgery when you get older is difficult. This is quite major. He’s having the pins in his neck and back realigned from when he had a fall back in 2019.

He’s been in a lot of pain.”

Sharon Osbourne previously said that Ozzy would be undergoing a major operation. It turns out it could be a life-changing one. If the surgery is successful, Ozzy could regain a sense of normalcy he hasn’t experienced in years.

Ozzy was injured in an ATV accident in 2003. A 2019 fall in his home required 15 screws to be inserted surgically into his spine. Doctors will now try to give Ozzy Osbourne a new lease on life. Everybody at Thirsty is hoping for the best!
