The Boston Celtics took Game 3 of the NBA Finals at home last night over the Golden State Warriors. The infamous Boston faithful were out in full force. Klay Thompson didn’t appreciate the classless way his team was greeted by Boston’s famously profane fans.

Boston held a big lead late in the fourth quarter of last night’s 116-100 victory. The crowd, hoping to get under the skin of the Warriors, started to chant, ‘F*ck Draymond’ at Golden State star Draymond Green. The Warriors were none too happy during their post-game press conference.

Klay Thompson and Steve Kerr addressed the media after the game. Thompson mocked the Boston fans for their lack of class. He didn’t think the chants were appropriate with children in the crowd.

“We’ve played in front of rude people before. Dropping F-bombs with children in the crowd. Real classy. Good job, Boston.”

Warriors head coach Steve Kerr echoed those sentiments. Of course, this was not an isolated incident. A recent study found the Boston Celtics to have the most vulgar and misbehaved fan base in the entire NBA.

The Golden State Warriors and Klay Thompson will have a shot to exact some revenge tomorrow night. Game four is set to tip-off at 9 PM. Now trailing two games to one, it could be a must-win situation for Thompson and company.
