Justin Bieber is one of the most successful pop singers in the music industry right now. He loves performing for his fans and certainly enjoys being around them. However, Bieber on Tuesday left his millions of fans worried when he disclosed that his “sickness is getting worse.”

Two-time Grammy winner Justin Bieber took to his Instagram story on Tuesday afternoon to announce he’s postponing the ‘next few shows’ of his seven-leg, 130-date Justice World Tour due ‘non-Covid related illness.’ The 28-year-old pop star, who boasts 539.2M social media followers, wrote on social media.

“Can’t believe I’m saying this. I’ve done everything to get better but my sickness is getting worse, My heart breaks that I will have to postpone these next few shows (doctors orders). To all my people I love you so much and I’m gonna rest and get better.”

Justin did not give specifics, but it must be particularly painful to postpone concerts at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena in his native Canada. The shows were scheduled for Tuesday night and Wednesday night. Fans might recall how Bieber once abruptly canceled the last 14 shows of his $256M-grossing, six-leg 162-date Purpose World Tour back in 2017, but that was due to “depression, anxiety, and exhaustion.”

After a scheduled two-night run at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena, Bieber was slated to travel to Washington, D.C., next, followed by two nights at New York’s Madison Square Garden. Whether these shows will be affected is unknown. Fans are certainly disappointed with the change in plans as they have taken to Twitter to voice their frustrations.

The Justice World Tour was originally slated to take place in summer 2020 as the Changes Tour but was postponed to 2021, then again to 2022 due to COVID-19. Two of his previous shows in Las Vegas were also postponed after his positive COVID-19 test results.
