Update: TMZ has confirmed that the baby is Cannon’s, so his number will be 8 kids.

Original: Nick Cannon had it rough last year. He lost his 5-month-old baby to brain tumor. Then he took a vow of celibacy before it came back to haunt him. Now, he’s planning on having more kids, because seven isn’t enough.

Cannon was a guest on the latest episode of Angela Yee’s Lip Service podcast, during which he addressed claims that he’s a sex addict. He also talked about his experience with celibacy.

“I didn’t even make it to January. That was the whole thing, I was supposed to go to the top of the year, but then I just started going through some stuff, you know? I got depressed. I lost my son in December, and the thing is, everybody saw I was so down.

“I fell victim to it. December, especially right before Christmas? I started f**king like crazy. I was tryna do it! I had a new show, new energy, I was dealing with a lot.”

“So, October ’22? Around the holidays, we should be expecting something?” one of the hosts pressed Cannon about the possibility of more babies. Cannon simply his head, smiled and laughed at, saying, “Y’all are pretty good at math.”

It seem that Abby De La Rosa’s recent pregnancy might indicate that Cannon is about to add another baby to the mix. We’ll have to see how many he gets when everything is said and done, but that vow of celibacy might now have stuck for the Drumline star.
