Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie spent over a decade together, but the Hollywood power couple filed for divorce in 2016. Now it seems that they are far from finished with their divorce nightmare.

Pitt has now accused Jolie of attempting to “inflict harm” on him. According to new court documents obtained by Hollywood Life, the 58-year-old Meet Joe Black actor called out his 47-year-old Tomb Raider star ex of some pretty terrible things.

Jolie is accused of “secretly selling her stake in his French vineyard to ‘a Russian oligarch’ with ‘poisonous intentions.'” That plan included a complete takeover of their multi-million dollar Chateau Miraval winery.

Angelina allegedly sold half of the business to a company run by Yuri Shefler, who is the owner of the company that happens to make the Russian vodka Stoli. This sale was allegedly done in secret, and there could be a reason why it was kept under the radar.

“Jolie pursued and then consummated the purported sale in secret, purposely keeping Pitt in the dark, and knowingly violating Pitt’s contractual rights. By doing so, Jolie sought to seize profits she had not earned and returns on an investment she did not make. Also through the purported sale, Jolie sought to inflict harm on Pitt.”

It is also alleged in the documents that, “Jolie knew and intended that Shefler and his affiliates would try to control the business Pitt had built and to undermine Pitt’s investment in Miraval [and] just as Jolie envisioned, that is exactly what Shefler has done.”

The documents also claim that the sale violates an agreement the couple made at when they started the business in 2008. Brad was supposed to receive first dibs on any sale activity.

Jolie and Pitt also share five children: five children, Maddox, 20, Zahara, 16, Pax, 17, Shiloh, 15, Vivienne, 13, and Knox, 13. It was noted in the report that the sale was “linked to a judge’s decision to issue tentative ruling granting 50/50 custody” of the kids.

Obviously, this situation is far from finished. They also have a lot of money and resources to complicate things. Keep checking back with Thirsty for more!
