Dominic Fike Took Huge Amount Of Substances Before ‘Euphoria’ Audition

Dominic Fike is a singer, songwriter, musician and made a name for himself thanks to his role in HBO’s Euphoria. He became one of the most loved characters in the second season of the show. Fike also admitted a very interesting thing recently.

Fike made headlines after he announced that he and his co-star Hunter Schafer are actually dating. The rumors were already floating around a long time before that.

Dominic Fike has now revealed that he could have been in the first season of the show. However, he messed up his chances after taking a bunch of magic mushrooms before his audition.

While speaking with GQ, he had made it through multiple rounds of auditions and was asked to do a “final chemistry read” with Barbie Ferreira. Fike decided it was a good idea to use drugs before his performance.

“I started peaking right when me and Barbie were reading,” said Fike. Unfortunately for him, the mushrooms did not enhance his performance. Rather, he simply befuddled the creator of the show, Sam Levinson, whom he hallucinated was wearing a dress. “I looked at him and I was like, ‘Are you wearing a dress right now?'” Recalled Fike. “It was crazy. I started making fun of everybody in the room.

They were like, ‘What. The. F**k?'”

Fike said Levinson likely saw potential in Fike as he was able to land a role in the second season. We’ll have to see when the third season will drop, as fans would love to see Fike back on the show.
