Jayson Tatum’s 13 assists played a huge role in the Boston Celtics’ improbable come-from-behind victory over the Golden State Warriors in game one of the NBA Finals. Boston outscored Golden State 40-16 in the fourth quarter on the way to the win. After the game, Jay-Z made sure to let Tatum know he appreciated his effort.

Jay-Z is known as a die-hard Brooklyn Nets fan. That didn’t stop the rap mogul from heading to San Francisco to take in the first game of the championship round. The epic road victory led to a celebration of even greater proportions.

After the final buzzer, Jay gave Jayson Tatum huge props on the court. The pair posed for some pictures as well. The NBA shared a video of the special moment on Instagram.

HOV wasn’t the only major celebrity at the game. Giants legend Barry Bonds was spotted in the crowd. NBA fanatic and film director Spike Lee also took in sights in San Fran.

Spike Lee was supporting Golden State. He was seen before the game giving a shoutout to Draymond Green. Spike usually roots for the New York Knicks, so it makes sense that he’d want Boston to lose.

Jayson Tatum finished up with 12 points and 13 assists. Boston was paced by Al Horford, who dropped 26 for the Celtics. Game two of the series is set for Sunday, and fans can expect even more celebrities in the stands.
