Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck rekindled their romance in 2021 and got engaged after a roller-coaster journey in their lives. For several months, the coaster couple had been looking for a luxury mansion to savor their moment. Finally, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are rumored to have purchased a massive Beverly Hills estate.

Jennifer Lopez’s car was spotted on Thursday at a Beverly Hills house. Outside the estate, there are four moving trucks. Even trucks were spotted at both Ben and Jen’s existing houses in the Los Angeles region on Thursday.

J Lo and her fiancé Ben Affleck has been looking for a new place to live and now it seems that they are done with their search. The mansion looks enormous, with everything one could desire to do, including a full movie theatre and more than enough bedrooms for the entire family.

The mansion has been held by James Packer, previously Mariah Carey’s fiancé, for years. According to TMZ, he paid roughly $60 million for it. Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman once owned this massive mansion.

The house was not on the market. According to real estate sources, it hasn’t even been shown off-market, with the exception of Ben and Jen. Given current L.A. real estate values, the house is almost expected to sell for more than $60 million. Ben and Jen have looked at a lot of houses, some of which are in the $85 million range, so this appears to be within their price range.

It’s still unclear if they’ve bought the property for sure or not. There are numerous rumors airing in the industry. Stay tuned to Thirsty for the most up-to-date information.
