Bobby Shmurda took a break from his usual antics to take in Wednesday night’s NHL Playoff game between the New York Rangers and the Tampa Bay Lightning. Big events at Madison Square Garden always draw huge stars, and Bobby was on hand to root for the home team. Shmurda didn’t take long to acclimate to the culture of the game.

The Rangers easily dispatched the Lightning in game one by a score of 6-2. Bobby shared a video of himself celebrating after a New York goal. Bobby Shmurda was way into the game, and even taunted a Tampa fan in the row behind him.

Bobby danced and waved his rally towel along to the iconic Rangers goal song. He hopped up and down, celebrating another Rangers goal. At the end of the video, he teased a distraught Lightning supporter with his Rangers-branded towel.

“Shgooo Rangers!!! Goal!!”

Fans commented on the post that they loved the energy Bobby Shmurda brought to the World’s Most Famous Arena. Game three faces off on Friday night. Bobby hasn’t announced whether he will be in the house.

The Rangers are on a roll, and support from fans like Bobby has played no small part. New York is now just five victories away from claiming their first Stanley Cup since 1994. Bobby Shmurda would love to be there to see his team raise the elusive trophy.
