Tyler Perry has become one of the most influential film producers of the last twenty years. Perry touches on the sincere, the comedic, and the social issues that touch our lives throughout his work. One Atlanta man recently threatened to blow up Perry’s studio.

The bomb threat was made by a man named Alrasheed Coles. Coles allegedly called the studio on the phone on May 13. After he demanded to speak to Mr. Perry, he was shot down.

Coles then started speaking in gibberish, according to TMZ. From there, the receptionist hung up. She even blocked his telephone number so Arasheed could not call back.

It was reported that Coles had left a voicemail previously. In that message, he threatened to blow up the studio complex. The receptionist immediately called the police.
