T-Pain is one of the most successful hip-hop artists in the world today and there’s no denying that. T-Pain was a major part of folks who grew up during the first half of 2010s. He is now interested in assisting upcoming recording talents. Faheem Najm, aka “Rappa Ternt Sanga,” teamed up with Tidal to address questions from aspiring musicians.

On May 12th, the 1-833-4-TIPSONTIDAL hotline will go live. T-Pain is taking part in the Q&A session to promote the release of his single “That’s Just Tips.” T-Pain posted a promotional video announcing the hotline for rising talents.

I always get people asking me, ‘How do I get into the music industry? How do I break my music? How do I stand out?’

Well, guess what? I’m going to be answering those questions with Tidal on May 12th. All you gotta do is tweet out #TipsFromTPain, tag me, and tag Tidal. Or DM me or DM Tidal.

Throughout his career, T-Pain has had a number of hits, including the Top 10 single “I’m Sprung” from the Rappa Ternt Sanga album. In 2007, Yung Joc’s “Buy U a Drank (Shawty Snappin’)” reached #1. T-Pain got another Number One in the same year as a featured artist on Flo Rida’s “Low.”

“Low” spent ten weeks at the top of Billboard’s Hot 100 list. T-Pain has fifteen Top 20 entries in total. T-Pain’s discography includes the chart-topping 2007 album Epiphany, as well as 2005’s Rappa Ternt Sanga. In another sense, T-Pain has had a big week. The two-time Grammy winner recently announced that he now owns a catering company.
