Mike Tyson recently got involved in a scuffle on an airplane with an annoying fan. Tyson was happy to pose for pictures and play nice until one person decided to take things too far. After being annoyed and harassed, Tyson unloaded on the victim, leaving his face visibly bruised.

Iron Mike walked out of the airport without being arrested. He then flew to Florida to party with Ric Flair at a cannabis industry event. Many wondered whether the former heavyweight champ would be charged with a crime.

TMZ Sports spoke with the District Attorney overseeing the case. Mike will not be charged with a crime about the incident. A spokesperson said that the conduct of the alleged victim leading up to the attack as well as requests from both he and Mike Tyson were the deciding factors.

“[Due to] the conduct of the victim leading up to the incident, the interaction between Mr. Tyson and the victim, as well as the requests of both the victim and Mr. Tyson, [charges will not be filed.”

Mike Tyson’s camp said the man threw a water bottle at him and annoyed him numerous times before fists were thrown. The man’s attorney blamed the incident on his client being overly excited. In the end, Mike will walk away unscathed.

Neither party wanted to go to court over the incident. The DA’s office has bigger fish to fry. Mike Tyson can now go on with his life, hopefully without being annoyed by any more overzealous fans.
