Drake is one of the most popular pop artists today. Since becoming a music sensation, Drake put his career as an actor on pause, but that didn’t stop studios to consider him for major roles.

On Sunday, character designer Jared Krichevsky, who has worked on films like The Wolverine, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, and Wonder Woman, shared a post on Instagram to reveal Drake was considered for the role of Cyborg a.k.a. Victor Stone in a TV show that never materialized. He also shared the concept art of Drizzy in character.

Jared wrote in the caption:

“Cyborg concept for a series that didn’t happen. They wanted to cast Drake at one point.”

Ray Fisher was recently seen playing the character of Cyborg in the DC Extended Universe films Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Justice League, and Zack Snyder’s Justice League.

Drake rose to fame as James “Jimmy” Brooks in Degrassi: The Next Generation, in which he appeared in 100 episodes between 2001 and 2008. Drizzy addressed a possible return to acting during an appearance on the Cal Cast podcast in 2017.
